Our Fleet
At Waterfront we lease and sell marine intermodal equipment, and a wide range of specialized equipment. We buy, sell, and lease all of our equipment through our head office in the United States, our key locations on six continents, and our extensive network of international partnerships.
Among our fleet, we sell and lease standard dry containers, open top, double door, flat rack, and portable office containers. In our inventory of specialized equipment, we offer power packs, generator sets, container chassis (for ISO containers), bomb carts (for repositioning dry cargo containers), reach stackers, forklift trucks, terminal tractors, and more.

- AC volt electrical system meeting UL electrical standards (includes breaker panel, light fixtures, wall receptacles, phone & internet hookup, wiring, etc.)
- Three 0.20 in. thick windows w/ screens, blinds & removable window shutters
- Steel locking entrance door
- Three inches of rigid insulated finished walls (R15 rating)
- Four inches of rigid insulated finished ceiling (R24.5 rating)
- Vinyl floor covering the utility room
- Sleeps up to 8 – Four double bunk beds (20’ size)
- Sleeps up to 16 – Eight double bunk beds (40’ size)
